Ltd., including, where applicable, all of its subsidiaries, brands, related or associated companies/brands (collectively referred to as "EZPZ", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data in our possession or under our control.

1.2 Scope of Application. "Act" means the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore as amended from time to time; "EZPZ Account" means the virtual account maintained by EZPZ on the Platforms in respect of the account holder; "Personal data" means refers to data about an individual who can be identified from that data.

To the extent that the prevailing personal data protection and privacy laws allow, you have the right to request for access to, request for a copy of, request to update or correct, your personal data held by us. 7.2 Withdrawal of Consent. You have the right, by notice in writing to support@ezpz.com, to inform us of your withdrawal (in full or in part) of your consent previously given to use your personal data.

8.1 Duration of Retention. We may retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws. We will cease to retain your personal data as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for which the personal data was collected.
